About Caroline
Caroline qualified as a Yoga Instructor with the Himalayan Yoga Institute in 2022, and is registered with Yoga Alliance Professionals. She has completed 500 hours of yoga training and is continuing to study in-depth Yoga Therapy with Ganga Devi of the Himalayan Yoga Institute. The style of yoga taught is Rajadhiraja yoga .
Rajadhiraja yoga is considered to be a complete yoga system working on the mind, body and spirit. It includes breathing techniques (pranayama), postures (asanas), mudras (hand postures), meditation and deep relaxation.
Caroline is a qualified complimentary therapist and a registered practitioner with the IPHM
Caroline is also an Optometrist, a University Lecturer and has a Phd in research. She trained as a complimentary therapist over 20 years ago, has a love for meditation which she practises daily and has always loved yoga.

Meditation
Meditation is a great way to reduce stress and develop a better relationship with your own mind. Meditation is taught as part of group yoga classes and personalised programs.
In-person Class
Wednesday evening at 7.30 pm, at Sutton Village Hall, Sutton in Craven. The class is suitable for beginners or those with a little experience. Cost for 5 week block is £40 or single classes are £10 per class. Please use the link below to book a spot: booking link
Private 1-2-1 Sessions
Private 1-2-1 Sessions allow you to have a prescribed personalised practice, which caters for your individual needs.The first session will inclued a detailed consultation. Then a personalised plan of yoga practice and complimentary therapies (if required) will be agreed. Once it has been established what practice works for you, this can be provided as a video to be used between in-person sessions. Your practice can then be reviewed at agreed intervals to make any modifications neccesary. Cost will depend on the package, please contact Caroline to discuss your needs.
The rites of the Munay-Ki.
The rites of the Munay-Ki are energetic transmissions to be given in person. They help an individual to heal and access wisdom on many levels. They transmissions are like seeds which then require germination. The rites were brought to the West by Dr Alberto Villoldo, a medical anthropologist who has studied with shamans for many many years. Complimentary Therapies
The benefits of your yoga practice can be greatly enhanced by the use of complimentary therapies to either target specific problems or for an increased overall sense of well-being. These can be included in a personalised package or booked seperately to group classes. Caroline offers Swedish Body Massage, Reflexology, Indian Head Massage and Reiki Healing. The journey of the rose is an initiation into the divine feminine mysteries, learning to love yourself deeply, and to recognise all parts of yourself. This is an ever-unfolding spiralling journey where you heal at deeper and deeper levels over time, becoming more authentically you.
