The rites of the Munay-Ki.

The rites of the Munay-Ki are energetic transmissions to be given in person. They help an individual to heal and access wisdom on many levels. They transmissions are like seeds which then require germination. The rites were brought to the West by Dr Alberto Villoldo, a medical anthropologist who has studied with shamans for many many years.  Please use the link below to read more about these rites. If you wish to receive the rites please contact me to discuss.

It's a real stretch and meditate hour, it's really helped my mental health too.

Don't feel that you need to be fit, it's a slow release of your potential.  All levels catered for.

I had a shoulder injury at the beginning and Caroline helped me adapt poses or understood when I was struggling.

Come along and join our yoga team.

Give it a go.  Just need a mat and you are sorted.
