Holistic therapies

Karuna-Heart Healing offers a range of holistic therapies which can be combined as is required for what is needed for a particular client. Therapies offered are Reflexology, Swedish Body Massage, Indian Head Massage, Ayurvedic Marma point foot massage.

Swedish Body Massage

Swedish massage therapy uses different techniques that are a combination of light to firm pressure, with the aim of relaxing tension in the muscles, and increasing blood flow. The therapy helps to relax both body and mind.

Reflexology

A relaxing treatmnet where pressure is applied to reflex points on the feet which correspond to different parts of the body to stimulate healing processes.

Indian Head Massage

A massage which targets the head, scalp, neck, shoulders, upper back and face. This therapy is ideal for reducing tension caused by stress.
